For the first time a group of highly successful Iranian managers and academics in the fields of business management and economics  outside of Iran with their counterparts inside of Iran  have come together to seek ways to create a network to  promote business and management knowledge and experience among themselves and Iranian community. This is believed to combine local managerial experience in Iran with world class business knowledge which then will benefit Iran private sector. This knowledge transfer and fusion will happen through joint workshops, seminars; training sessions etc. led by academia and highly experienced practitioners among Iranians living in all over the world. The organization is called International Association of Iranian Managers (IAIM) and is registered in Canada.

The most recent program designed by IAIM is a series of workshops in the topics of executive entrepreneurship and creating lasting organizations.

This program is designed for managers who want to position themselves proactively to make use of emerging opportunities in new markets or realize innovative approaches in existing markets.

Through the workshops, participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to recognize, develop and communicate potential commercial opportunities arising in their respective sectors of activity. In addition, participants will expand the social networks linking them to others in the entrepreneurial communities in Iran.
